🌳 About Raby Castle

Raby Castle, Park and Gardens is an elegant leisure destination set within the walls of one of England's finest medieval castles. With 200 acres to explore, it’s the perfect backdrop for a trail run.

The approach to the castle is particularly magical, with its towers appearing and disappearing through the trees of the surrounding parkland. Expect ornamental lakes, woodland trails, and the chance to encounter herds of red and fallow deer along your run.

The route features a mix of firm paths, woodland trails, grass sections and gentle undulations. It’s suitable for all abilities, from trail first-timers to seasoned runners, and offers jaw-dropping scenery at every turn.

One controlled dog per runner is allowed.
