Wild Deer Events are teaming up once again with our friends at Events Up North / Timing Up North to bring you the North Lakes Half Marathon & 10km on the roads of the stunning Lorton Valley in 2026!

These are fast-ish road routes starting and finishing near Cockermouth Town Centre, taking in the quiet country lanes of the Lorton Valley with epic views across the Lake District.

There is ample parking in Cockermouth Town Centre, with a free shuttle bus running to and from the venue.

🏨 Accommodation

There is the option to stay at Graysonside Guest House on Saturday 7th February 2026. Guests may also park their car there for the whole event.
