Our extremely popular annual trip to the Lake District for Grasmere returns in March 2026, this time over 2 days!

• Saturday 28th March – Trail Runs
• Sunday 29th March – Duathlons

🏞️ The fabulous trail routes are loved by runners each year, with many describing the 10km route as one of the most beautiful in the UK!

🏞️ About Grasmere

Set alongside Grasmere Lake, the village is surrounded by a panorama of fells and mountains. Grasmere is perhaps best known as the home of William Wordsworth, described as "The most loveliest spot that man hath found."

👉 Routes are free to view and download (please ignore any pop-ups).

👉 The 10km route takes in parts of Grasmere Village, Grasmere Water, Rydal Water, and passes Rydal Caves at its peak.

👉 The 5km route is perfect for beginners and follows a scenic lap of Grasmere Water.

• This event is cani-cross friendly
• One controlled dog per runner is allowed

🕤 Start Times

• 5km – 9:45am
• 10km – 10:00am

Live Chip Timing will be provided by Timing Up North.

Limited on-site parking is available for £4. We will accommodate as many vehicles as possible; some competitors may need to use public parking nearby if the ground is wet or the car park is full.
