Meet from 8.30am in the Watergate Forest Car Park.

SESSION:

The session will last approximately 75 minutes and we will cover 5-7 miles with interval training and a few hills.

SCOTT will be joining us for a shoe demo and you can run in a pair of trainers for free. This is a perfect opportunity to try out a new running shoe and get your training run in too.
