Derwent Reservoir

Derwent Reservoir on the border between County Durham and Northumberland is one of the biggest inland waters in England, 3.5 miles long and covers an area of 4 kmĀ² and has a maximum depth of 100 ft and when full, holds 11,000 million gallons.

Sure to be one of our most popular events the March 10mile and 5k and September 10k give you a chance to take in some spectacular views of one of the most beautiful reservoirs in the country.
