LAMBTON CASTLE TRAIL RUNS 2024
Enter RaceThis superb summer trail event will take place in the truly outstanding private grounds of the Lambton Estate, Chester-le-street, County Durham in August.
There will be 5, 10 and 15 mile routes, all on mixed terrain with some rough trails, firm paths and some cross-country type fields.
The estate is owned by the Earl Of Durham and this hidden gem is closed to the general public (except on Sundays for nature walks). Our runs will allow you to experience the estate in all its glory.
The courses are moderately undulating, and you will spend time on trails, paths, woodland tracks, fields and some brief spells on the estate roads. A fabulous event among some jaw-dropping scenery and, if you are lucky, some actual Wild Deers!

All runners will receive a medal, Wild Deer merchandise (hat, socks, buff or bottle), snacks and a drink.
There is also the option to buy an event T-shirt for £10.00.
This event is Canicross friendly and we allow one dog per runner.
