WINDERMERE STANDARD DUATHLON - Includes BRITISH TRIATHLON AGE-GROUP EUROPEAN QUALIFIER

The STANDARD DISTANCE Duathlon event is based at the beautiful Cockshott Point where the Transition area overlooks the breath-taking lake Windermere. Anyone can take part in this event, Club and non-club athletes are welcome.

Following the first 10km run the Cycle goes to Ambleside and then continues around the whole of Lake Windermere. All running is on paths and trails around the shoreline near Cockshott point with some outstanding views and perfect for spectators.

This event is also a British Triathlon European Qualifier for the Standard Distance Duathlon and if you would like to be selected you must be a member of British Triathlon and hold a race licence. You must either become a Core or Ultimate annual member here or purchase a single use Race Pass for your race here.

There is a Medal, event top, snacks and a beer or soft drink for all finishers too!

There's plenty parking nearby and the event has FREE PHOTOGRAPHY.
