The spectacular Dalby Forest is a Forestry England site which is situated on the southern slopes of the North York Moors National Park in North Yorkshire. The forest is home to over 8,500 acres of breath-taking views, endless walking, running and cycle trails.
Event Distances
Sprint (Short) Duathlon - 5k Run - 20km Cyle - 2.5km Run
Standard Duathlon - 10km Run - 40km Cycle - 5km Run
We are also hosting the popular Dalby Devil Gravel Rides on Sunday 4th May, why not make a weekend of it and do both! More information can be found here.

Transition
There will be a secure transition area for triathletes. Your Race Number & Bike Number correspond with your Racking Number in Transition. Competitors can bring a small bag/box into transition with their belongings. Only competitors will be allowed in the secure transition area and you must show your number to enter. Your bike number must be on your bike before you enter transition and have your helmet visible.
After the race your Bib Number and your Bike number will be checked before you are allowed to leave transition so please keep them on.
Timing
There will be Live Chip-Timing through Timing Up North.
The Finish
All finishers will get a Medal, Merchandise, a snack and a drink.
Camping
Why not make a weekend of it? Camping is available on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd May at Adderstone Field, Dalby Forest for £5 per night per vehicle/tent and is payable on entry. (No charging points just hard standing for vans and grassed area for tents)
There will also be a Coffee Van & Food Van on Saturday.
T-Shirt Option
There is the option to purchase an Event T-Shirt for £12 when you sign up.
Parking
There is a subsidised car parking charge of £3 per vehicle to be on site for the event which is paid after the event, at the Forestry England pay machines.
